About the author

Carlos Arocha, FSA, is a consultant & AI/ML actuary, and founder of Arocha & Associates GmbH, a Zurich-based consulting firm.

Carlos teaches undergraduate financial mathematics and probability and has taught at Columbia University (New York) and Universidad Anáhuac (Mexico City and Puebla). He volunteers with the Society of Actuaries and mentors students through his alumni community.
